We offer home visits to patients who are housebound or too frail to attend the practice. Please try to attend the surgery, where possible.
Conducting home visits significantly reduces the number of appointments we can deliver at the surgery.
- If you are housebound and require a Clinician to visit you at home please call us in the morning to request this.
- The request will be triaged by the duty Doctor and allocated to an appropriate clinician.
- We are not able to give a specific time for the visit however they are generally conducted in the afternoon.
